2. Terms and Conditions of Use (T&C)

2.1 Object

They regulate the access and use of the DianaTool platform ("the Platform"), property of, as well as

2.2 Definitions

• User: natural or legal person who creates an account on the Platform.
• Content: data, texts, images, metrics and any information generated or
  uploaded by the User.

2.3 Registration and account

• The User guarantees that the registration information is true and that he is authorized
  to act on behalf of the entity he represents.

2.4 License of Use

• The User is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to
  use the Platform as long as you are up to date with your payments.

2.5 Intellectual and industrial property

• All software, explainable AI algorithms, interface and documentation are

2.6 Plans, prices and billing

• Current prices are shown on the website. We reserve the right to
  modify them by giving 30 days' notice.

2.7 Duration and cancellation

• Contracts are automatically renewed for monthly/annual periods, except
  cancellation with 15 days' notice before the renewal date.
• The User can export his/her data before cancellation; after 30 days
  will be deleted from our systems, except for locked backup copies
  legally.

2.8 Liability and guarantees

• The Platform is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee the accuracy of the information.
  data obtained from social networks or external sources.
• Total liability limited to the amount paid by the User within 12 months
  above.

2.9 Force majeure

There will be no breach when it is a consequence of events beyond the control
reasonable of the affected party (e.g. DDoS attacks, widespread failure of suppliers

2.10 Legislation and jurisdiction

• Applicable law: Spanish legislation and, where applicable, EU regulations.
• Exclusive jurisdiction: Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona.
